As part of MPA's commitment to fostering diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) within our organization, we established the Presidential Task Force of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion in 2019. Guided by the strategic goal to "Broaden the diversity of the membership (cultural, ethnic, professional specialties, career stage)," the DEI Task Force has been instrumental in developing an organizational framework and initiatives aimed at integrating diversity and inclusion principles across all facets of the organization, driving systemic change.
In recognition of the ongoing importance and impact of these initiatives, we are excited to announce the initiation of a search for a new Consulting Director of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion for MPA. The Consulting Director will play a pivotal role in advancing and sustaining the DEI strategies recommended by the Task Force and will lead MPA's efforts in this crucial area.
