Student Poster Proposal Submission for 2019 Annual Conference
Share |
Masters and Doctoral students in psychology are invited to submit proposals for posters for the Massachusetts Psychological Association 2019 Conference scheduled on Saturday, November 2nd at the Sheraton Four Points Hotel & Conference Center, 1125 Boston Providence Turnpike, Norwood, MA.

The MPA Training Committee welcomes original research or research proposal posters from masters and doctoral students on any topic in psychology. We invite you to submit a broad range of research methodologies and theoretical frameworks. We do not accept posters that consist of literature reviews alone. Acceptances will be based on clarity of presentation, soundness of research and/or theory, and significance to psychology.

Students must be currently enrolled in a masters or doctoral program in psychology; their program, practicum, or internship must be located in Massachusetts. We strongly encourage sponsorship by a faculty member who is a member of MPA, and ask the faculty sponsor to attend the MPA annual meeting along with the student.

Proposals must be received by Friday, September 20, 2019.  Members of the MPA Training Committee will be reviewing the proposals. Students will be notified by October 11th of their submission outcome. This is a great opportunity to present your work in a collegial environment of other students and a broad range of Massachusetts psychologists.

** Please note that each of the students listed as authors on the proposals must register for the MPA Annual Conference (at the reduced student rate).
