Duties of the Fellow: The fellow co-leads 8-10 groups per week. Topics include DBT skills, PTSD psychoeducation and symptom management, and eating disorders. The fellow provides individual case management to a caseload of 5-6 patients. All staff collaborate as part of a multidisciplinary team, and the fellow will attend regular rounds and consultation team meetings.

Supervision and Seminars: 3 hours of individual supervision per week (all onsite). Weekly DBT consultation team.

Goals of the Fellowship:  Our fellows develop competence working at a partial hospital/residential level of care, with women whose diagnoses include mood and anxiety disorders, PTSD, dissociative disorders, and personality disorders. The fellow will learn to apply DBT in groups and in individual sessions. In addition, the fellow conducts risk assessments/crisis evaluations.
